PingOdds support is one email address for every question about the sports odds API. Write to support@pingodds.com.

What to include

• The email address on your PingOdds account, so we can find it.
• For an API problem, the request you sent, the time it failed and the response's error code.
• For a billing question, the date of the charge and the plan you're on.
• For data questions, the book, league and event, with a link from your dashboard if you have one.

Security issues

Report a vulnerability to the same address, with "Security" in the subject. Our security.txt lists it too.

PingOdds is a sole proprietorship based in Ontario, Canada. Read more about PingOdds, or check the status page first if the API seems down.
